Reservations are recommended
It's recommended that you reserve a class by registering online. Some classes fill to capacity. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts to maintain your reservation; your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist if you're not there.
Cancellations
Anyone registered for class is expected to cancel at least one hour ahead of the scheduled time. A $10 no-show fee applies if you fail to cancel and don't attend. Cancellations can be made through Momence or by emailing the studio. Please free up your space for a fellow yogi when you know you can't make it.
Don't eat before class
Best to avoid food 2–3 hours prior. If you're hungry, go for a light snack like fruit or nuts.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early
We respect everyone's practice, and their time. We don't allow late admittance, so arriving early gives you time to settle in and mentally prepare.
Check in at the front desk
If you're new, create a student account online or fill out a client registration at the front desk.
Shoes off, phones away
Remove your shoes before entering the studio. Cubbies are available for shoes and personal items. We don't allow cell phones or conversation once practice begins.
Notify your teacher of injuries
This helps us know how to assist you during practice and suggest proper modifications.
Stay hydrated & stay in the room
Drink plenty of water and bring a bottle to class. If you need to catch your breath, stay on your mat and rest. Please don't leave the room during class. When in doubt, go to child's pose.
Remember, your first class is the hardest.
Making it to your mat is the hard part. Check pricing, find a time that works, and we'll see you soon.
